How the program works...

I would place one of my company signs on your lawn with my contact information.

The potential buyer would contact us.

We would verify if they have been pre-approved for a mortgage, either by us or anyone else.

If they are not yet pre-approved for a mortgage we will qualify them. As a result, we would screen any buyers that would not be in a financial position to purchase your house.

Once they have been pre approved, we would have them contact you directly or answer any general questions from the house spec sheet.

There is absolutely NO CONTRACT involved and absolutely NO RISK or FEES to you what-so-ever. You can terminate the program at any time you see fit.

We will provide you with a weekly update on all calls received.
